EXCHANGES

Exchange Policy

We hope your item/s reaches you in perfect condition, however if the items have a factory fault please contact us within 48 hours to report. Please retain the original packaging and receipt.

We will not accept exchanges to this nature if not reported within 48 hours.

We advise all orders be inspected immediately upon receipt, before removing any tags and packaging. 

Please include your order number, date of purchase and reason for return.

We will arrange collection of the items and issue you with an online store credit or arrange replacements.

 

Size Exchanges

All items must be unworn, in it's original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Exchanges will be in the form of an ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. 

We do not offer returns or refunds.

No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted on Sale Items. 

When trying on swimwear please ensure to do so with fresh underwear so as to keep items eligible for return or exchange should the need arise.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your items to be returned and assessed. Thereafter the credit will be processed if the item is in suitable condition.

In order to ensure returned items are received please use a reliable courier company with a tracking number. We are not responsible for orders returned that are not received.

We will not accept exchanging of items that have been worn, are without original tags and packaging.

All exchanges are for the account of the returner, unless the item is  faulty.

We will send the replacement to you free of charge.

For all exchange queries please email hello@tatumteale.com withing 48 hours of receiving your items. Items for exchange must be sent back within 72 hours of receipt.

Exchange queries received any longer after this period will not be accepted.
